A “Pilates body” is not defined by any particular shape or size, but by strength, flexibility, and balance. I’m here to support you to build a body that moves well, feels strong, and can perform everyday activities with ease.

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates tailored to address specific injuries or physical conditions and I’m a trained instructor who can work with your physiotherapist to focus on rehabilitating the body by improving posture, core stability, strength, and flexibility, while also reducing pain and preventing future injuries. The exercises are customised to suit the individual’s needs, making it a safe and effective method of recovery and injury prevention. Clinical sessions are best delivered one on one but aspects can be incorporated into classes for those with specialised concerns.

There’s no mirrors in my studio. As a fitness instructor I’m dedicated to you feeling strong and not getting hung up on what you look like while you’re working your beautiful body. I remind myself that my value lies in my energy, my ability to instruct and care for my clients and my creativity in the Pilates space and want to remind you that your value isn’t tied to how you look either.
